Excellent chef's knife. Quite sharp, sturdy, feels good in the hand. Chop vegetables, mince garlic, I have even used it to cut thick steaks from bone-in ribeye roasts, and to carve a turkey! I've had it for over a month, still sharp. At this price, if it gets dull I'll just buy another one! Read more
This knife is ridiculously good for the price. It's comparable to other brands costing over 5 times the price. Excellent for thin slicing, chopping, dicing, etc. I particularly like that the curvature allows fine chopping by rocking it while the blade stays in contact with the cutting board surface.
