Excellent chef's knife. Quite sharp, sturdy, feels good in the hand. Chop vegetables, mince garlic, I have even used it to cut thick steaks from bone-in ribeye roasts, and to carve a turkey! Excellent for thin slicing, chopping, dicing, etc. I particularly like that the curvature allows fine chopping by rocking it while the blade stays in contact with the cutting board surface.
