Just what I was looking for. This faucet has simple lines and the shiny chrome finish is easy to clean (no nooks and crannies). It's also shorter than our previous faucet, so water doesn't splash all over. Read more
Ok so serious review here. It looks and feels really good. I’m the Chief Engineer at a Hilton Hotel. All our rooms were outfitted with these expensive faucets. The problem is, the “bolt” or “screw” that holds this faucet to the counter will eventually loosen up and the faucet will dangle. The problem with that is when you tighten it, it pulls the bolt or screw out of the faucet rendering it inoperable with zero fixes. So now you have an expensive piece of crap that is less than 2 years old that ends up in the garbage can. Unfortunately, I have to buy these as that’s what was installed originally. They could have put two bolts on this unit to make it more durable! It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know how to hold a faucet to the counter. Honest opinion, they absolutely are not Hotel durable and I would highly recommend not using them in that kind of setting. Maybe they work better in residential but I don’t know. If I could, I’d use something different for sure. EDIT 11/20/24: So this is a money grab when the hold down bolt strips out. I took one apart and it just needs the bottom portion of the faucet replaced. I looked EVERYWHERE and that’s one part that they don’t sell, go figure huh? So instead of selling the defective part for $20, you have to spend $120+ on a new one. I’ve moved onto buying Moen faucets now for about half the price of these and yes, they are solid brass with the same finish. Reason for this edit, I have another broken faucet… Read more
Came with unexplained washer (black, elastomere) that I used instead of a bead of plumber's putty beneath drain flange on upper side of china. Also did not remind to use teflon tape on drain threads inside cone washer on lower side (*NECESSARY* to prevent leak!), or the benefits of a *thin* coat of silicone faucet grease on any surface that slides against another (except ball joint in pop-up lever.) Phone call to Customer Service got agent who didn't know and could not find any documentation about extra washer. Read more
This is a complete faucet setup that includes the stopper, the lift valve. The polished chrome is extra shiny. The single lever remembers the temperature from the last time you use it. The lever will always be smooth and drip free with the ceramic disc valve cartridges. This faucet also helps reduce the use of water. Water conservation has been big. Read more
I reordered a faucet with a plate, which is shown in the picture. This time the plate is missing. My plumber had to stop work to go find a plate from the warehouse. Very sloppy work somewhere in the supply chain. Read more

I like the one handle controls and for those small pedestal sinks that are popular now this takes up much less space than the ones with separate controls. Has a nice feature to remember your preferred level, which may not work in a busy house with one bathroom, but for just me, it's great for shaving, or washing up in the morning. Big jump in price from the bronze, so if you like that you can save money, another big jump to the brushed non-polished look, so you have to spend a bit more if you want to match other fixtures or don't like shiny things. Comes with everything you need to hook up, except if replacing a three hole you have to get your own plugs for the handles you eliminate, most plumbers will have them, but if not any hardware should be able to provide for do it your self types. This is one thing that would be easy even if your not handy, just remember to turn off the water before you disconnect the old. Recommended. Read more
