Used to be good, not so sure anymore??

Their service used to be great, these days I'm not so sure. They used to send an email with a plan attached or through a link. This time I didn't even get the acknowledgment email, just an email from Amazon telling me they were going to cancel if I didn't get the email in 3 days. Messages back and forth don't do much good, I did finally get a link to a one size fits all plan, but no specific information about my titled protection plan, which was camera accident protection plan. Nothing in the document I received said anything about cameras or accident protections!? I'm tired of writing back and forth to what I assume is an AI bot, because I keep getting identical replies.
