It’s very easy to submit a claim . I submitted my claim and got a response within 2 minutes and as soon as I dropped off my damaged product to be returned, I got my full refund as an Amazon e gift card . Very pleased with the protection plan . Just regretting why I didn’t use it sooner . Read more

I have not used this product although I have purchased the product on several cases in the past. I think that on some purchases it is totally irresponsible when you do not purchase a plan to either fix or replace an item that may have cost you a a pretty penny when that time comes. The protection plan is very cheap by most standards and was emailed to me straight from Asurion. So, in theory this is an excellent and practical idea when buying items and although I have never had to use it (knock on wood), if it protects what it it is slated for...buy it. A few bucks may save you hundreds, depending on your purchase in the future. Read more

Try to make a claim today and conveniently there’s something wrong with her platform and they can’t register any products or start any claims so needless to say they couldn’t find my product that I had purchased and protection plan on and some other time this is the third time this happened and conveniently every time I try to make a claim the platform is being updated so yeah save yourself some time and some headache and a lot of money and go a different route. This is terrible and Amazon should take note and really do something about this cause it’s a direct reflection on them that they pass their customers off to such a terrible representation of a product protection guarantee come on Amazon do better Read more
