This is a wonderful hair dryer if you are disabled and have trouble holding a hair dryer. I have very thick hair and it has enough power to dry it quickly, but my arm doesn't get tired. The only thing I wish it had was a cool shot button. Read more

I highly recommend this blow dryer for travel. I was worried when I saw it didn’t have the option to control the heat but i found that isn’t a problem as it’s not too hot or cold. I have long hair so I needed something that could dry my hair without taking an hour and a half. I hate using hotel hairdryers as they often make my hair frizz. This compact blowdryer is perfect for putting into a carry on for a trip. I am so glad I purchased this one and will be getting a lot of use this summer when I travel. Read more

Comparing this to other travel dryers… was going to use for travel with 220v where typically only "low heat" can be used. See other products compared below. KEEPING THIS!!! PROS =0.6lbs… how do you beat that?! What a great little dryer! I use mine almost every day and haven't been disappointed with the performance. It is light but not flimsy or cheap. Like all the Babyliss products I have bought it is well made and has all the features you will need except for a "cool shot". It has plenty of power in it's two settings. It's a pluss that it has dual power. It doesn't fold, but the dryer is so small you can find room for it easily - both at home and in your suitcase. An extra long cord is handy, and I also like the nano titanium features of this model which I feel add shine and really dry hair quickly. I wanted quality but most important was the weight of this model. If like me, you have had difficulty holding the weight of an average dryer long enough to dry your hair, you will love this one. I would have given this hair dryer 4 stars before it totally stopped working. It was recommended by my hair stylist. It was great for travel and easy to use. However, it had no cool setting and the tip kept falling off. When, it stopped working one day in January, I did all the suggested, troubleshooting to no avail. When I finally was able to contact customer service, the woman I spoke with, refused to honor the warranty for one year. I explained to her that I used this hairdryer four minutes at the most a couple of times a week. I also told her that my previous hairdryers lasted well over 10 years and were put aside for a variety of reasons, but none were because they wouldn’t run properly. She was totally uninterested and refused to do a thing. This has not been my experience with the few companies I’ve had to call with similar issues , I was able to replace them no matter what time because they said that this should not happen and they did not want to leave it, So, I was very satisfied. The new products they sent worked perfectly wel and have been running for 2 to 3 years now. Customer rep from Conair was unwilling to do a thing – not even a discount. Bought this as a gift and she loves it! Product was actually used in a hotel or something somewhere beforehand I think and she loved it that much she wanted to get her own. Easily replaced the old, big, space hoarding hairdryer that was being used prior. It is very small though so if you’re wanting something a little bigger this isn’t for you. It’s very light weight and small but really packs a powerful blower and gets your hair dried in no time. Read more
