UPDATE: I do not know if it came from the seller or from amazon (I messaged both) but I did receive a full refund for this item. Grateful for it having been made right, but still would not purchase the product again due to the lack of quality. I actually loved this blow dryer initially, but it broke after only 4 months. Zero hot air, only blows cold. For the price, this item should last longer than 4 months. I have requested a refund or replacement from the seller and will update this review if they reply. Read more
