I bought this to wear over a sleeveless dress. It fits true to size. It has a very elegant outline that accentuates your bust while making your waist look slimmer. I was worried that it would keep sliding off my shoulders but it stayed in place all night. It is a perfect shrug to bring to a spring/summer wedding so that you don't freeze when the sun goes down. This fit just fine. The color of the yellow is brighter and lighter than it appears in the pictures. Maybe because it is a shiny knit. I was hoping for a more French's yellow mustard color, and I was not expecting it to be shiny. But it is cute, especially so with the buttons on the sleeves. Be aware that the sweater looks a bit longer on the shorter models in the pictures. On a taller person, the sweater is shorter. So, make sure you understand the back length (from the bottom of the ribbed collar as shown accurately in the chart picture), and have someone help you measure it on your back to get the true picture. I'm going to order this in more colors. It will be ideal to use as an accent on long/maxi sleeveless dresses, and on dresses and tank tops that have too large or long of an arm hole. Read more

The sleeves are cute because they're 3/4 sleeves with buttons on the side - that gives it a little character. The design of the front I don't like so much because it's too much material, in my opinion, and so it doesn't lay right in front of my dress. I guess if it fits your shape well and you're comfortable in it then you can wear it with just about anything but it doesn't work for my frame. I'm a petite ballet built 34B. Maybe an xsmall would have worked better (?) but I'm not willing to try in smaller size because I found something in store that I like better. Read more
