I agree with others — don’t buy this case. My previous Bellroy case for the Pixel 7 Pro was excellent and looked almost new even after two years of daily use. The new one for the Pixel 9 Pro started wearing out in just four months. The material feels cheaper, the edges are peeling, and it already looks shabby. Bellroy’s quality isn’t what it used to be — I’m really disappointed and won’t be buying from them again. Read more

TLDR; leather is fake/shoddy and separates+frays near the ports at bottom of phone. I had the Pixel 5 Bellroy case and loved it and it's still in great condition. This new Pixel 9 Bellroy case shows its terrible quality and design after 3 months or less. The black leather case flakes off on edges.. so not real leather. The "leather" at the ports on bottom of phone separates and wrinkles up to get in the way of the phone screen and eventually exposes the sharp plastic body of the case (which seems likely part of the cause of this problem, in addition to the fragile fake leather material). I contacted Bellroy support telling them they had a design/manufacturing defect, and they replaced it, saying they fixed the defect. The exact same thing happened again in about the same timeframe. On the 2nd one, I tried to super glue it back together, which held for about a week. Perhaps leather glue that's flexible would hold up longer, but at this point it seems like the sharp edges of the body will eventually just keep eating away at the fake leather regardless of the bonding material. The broken fake leather at the ports keeps wearing away until there's less and less material. This whole thing happened to 2 different people. Me and my wife. UPDATE: the peeling on the leather might have been a new protective coating on the leather. Maybe 1 star was too harsh for the main problem being poor design for the leather near the ports at bottom of phone. Support is great as well. Bumping to 3 stars. Read more
Does the job of protecting the phone, but that's about it. I don't recommend this product unless you're really gentle with it. But then, why would you need a case? Staining and changes in colouration is expected for leather, but the mint colour definitely doesn't age well. Like in other reviews, the case around the port is fraying and the leather is separating. This isn't a protective layer. I expect further delamination The fit is far from perfect as well. My phone has about 0.5 mm of shift in the case, which is perceptible when I'm jogging with the phone in my hand. Read more
It looks good and protects your phone. Read more
Not only does this case lose all its topcoat and pigment from incidental use (fair enough there is a warning about that) but the bonding of the leather is not acceptable. The area around the ports begins splitting away and within two months totally debonds. Disappointing of Bellroy normally their stuff lasts a decade. Read more

Does not hold up. After pulling it in and out of my pocket for 6 months I need to already replace it. Leather is very worn and scuffed all over. Looked great at first, but does not age well. Read more
I really like this case, especially with the inclusion of magsafe, but it stains and breaks apart so quickly. If it was maybe half the price, I wouldn't be as mad. I doubt this thing will last more than 6 months. Read more
