I'm very satisfied with this product. I recently started working in a lab on campus as a research assistant and so I received this bag as a gift from my dad, who wanted me to have a quality bag that I could use in my current school setting as well as in my future professional settings. This bag does just the trick and arrived surprisingly fast. It's very well put together and it didn't have any funny/strong smells as I'd read in other reviews. The seams/stitching are of quality as well, there weren't any frays/loose stitches. Exactly what I envisioned, well made leather bag in beautiful honey color. Love the craftsmanship, VERY WELL MADE with excellent quality material. I'm a woman, the bag is the right size for most of my needs, as you can see it holds my laptop, a few folders and just enough room for my wallet, and small make-up bag. IF I could CHANGE one thing: the shoulder protection strap does not slide over the adjustment buckle, I'm 5'4" and have to adjust the strap to fit my short shoulder to hip ratio. As with most leather products this bag also smelled like it came out of the tannery - solved the problem by airing it out and added loosely crumpled newspaper which absorbed the weird smell. I use the bag to commute and to bring to appointments. Overall good leather and stitching quality. Well put together. Bag is not too heavy. Lighter than I thought it would be. Handel is very sturdy. Leather smelled nice. On the other hand the metallic buckles and pieces had scratches on them and looked used. Leather was a lighter in color then I thought it would be from the images. There were some darker spots on the leather that made it look like dirt. I purchased an XL size which barely fit my 15’ laptop. Very tight fit. Didn’t leave much room for accessories such as power unit and mouse. Recommend getting an XXL size. Hopefully bag will stretch in time. Inside the pockets the leather was very soft. I suggest adding a zipper pocket to the outside back part of the bag so it can be reached without opening the bag. Read more

I have always wanted a nice leather laptop bag for business use. I have a 13-inch laptop and the lg size is perfect, not too big and bulky and holds everything I need to be productive. The quality is excellent and as good if not better than described. The color is great, and once I conditioned it with a good leather conditioner/water protector it only brought out the color and suppleness of the fine leather even more. You can't go wrong with this bag, if you have a larger laptop or carry a lot of files with you etc., then get the larger bag. Read more
The bag is held shut by two claps on the front of the bag. They do not remain closed, and the bag opens up. Inside, there is a strap the holds your laptop in place. The strap is held in place with two posts. One post is broken leaving a hole inside the bag. The leather construction is good, but the straps, buckles, and fasteners are unreliable and poorly constructed. Read more
