Well made and supportive, comfy with the cushioned areas. It def does have a high arch, which was reccomended to me by my podiatrist, but maybe a little too high for me? After about 2 weeks I noticed my feet aching in a new way and some lower back pain. I think the cushioned heel and ball of foot may actually not work well for me as the soft spot in the heel cups and keeps my foot in a particular spot. Switched to the firmer high arch Superfeet and found that my foot and back pain have lessened greatly. Read more

I've had these for a month now in the beginning they helped with plantar fasciitis, but after 2 weeks my pain came back. They are very thick insoles and fit very well in my shoes, they just did not keep the pain away. If you don't work on your feet all day or work only a few days a week i would recommend these to you but if you are working 40+ hours and on your feet the whole day this product might not be for you.
