We had a different Bissell machine and loved it, but we found we were mostly cleaning up a mess here or there and so the tank was way too big on the other machine. This is perfect for us. Its easy to take to whatever spot or mess and do a quick clean up. However, the battery lasts long enough that we can do a whole couch and arm chair on a full charger easily. The only struggle is that the battery does seem to struggle to stay very charged if you dont use it for a while. But the machine overall is well worth it for us, so we dont mind charging if its been a while between uses. I love this little machine. Works great to clean carpets, rugs, and furniture. I wish the battery lasted a little longer. You only get about 15 minutes at a time but that’s long enough to spot clean and by that time you’re ready for a break from bending over. Nice and portable and it’s great to not be attached by a cord. Be careful not to let the dirty water reservoir get too full or it will overflow and leak out of the bottom but if you keep an eye on it you’re good. Has a lot of sucking power and the brush lets you scrub hard at stains. Very easy to use just rinse out the reservoirs before putting away and give the hose a good shake out. Read more
Really appreciate the convenience of this little green mini cordless cleaner. I was able to take it out to my car to clean up a stain without having to mess with plugging it in, and also used it to spot clean a white chair. It worked well for both stains. As a mini cleaner, I wanted this for some smaller spot cleaning; the sprayer was wider than I was hoping for, which made it difficult to focus on a small stain, and makes me feel like it’s wasting some of the cleaner. Super powerful, easy to use, and portable. Not terribly loud, my husband says he can’t really hear it from the next room. It’s also very easy to clean the machine as the attachments come apart for easy rinsing and it has a hose rinsing function. My sole complaint is the battery life, you get around 20 min runtime but then it takes a good few hours to charge, which is mildly annoying when doing big projects, but if you’re just using it for occasional spills or spots it’s not a problem at all. This little guy is handy. I have spot cleaned my carpet with good results. I disliked getting out the big carpet cleaner for small "oopses" and this was the answer. Being cordless is a bonus, especially for cleaning my car interior. It IS a small capacity device but I was aware of that. It has good, even spray and good suction. I haven't run the battery down yet...I'm not sure how long it lasts but it easily outlasts the water reservoir. Easy to clean. No complaints at all. Read more
