Great fan Outstanding Seller

The bladeless tower fan is a great product . It has a lot more power than i expected and worked well in keeping my bedroom cool in the summer months. I have yet to use the heater option as I accidental rolled over the remote with my wheelchair rendering it useless. But after explaining my situation to the seller, a replacement remote was sent. Not once but twice. The first one was unfortunately delivered to the wrong address and they graciously sent another replacement remote. Free of charge! It’s easy to use, and quiet, especially while using sleep wind. Updated: I start using the heat mode recently. It heats up the room quickly. It does not have the feature of setting temperature, so it keeps running without break. Also, “sleep wind” only work with the fan, not the heat. Read more
