Great Battery And App Connection… Cuff Needs Daily Cleaning
The Yowow BIT Blood Pressure Smart Watch is honestly an amazing device. The air pump and cuff idea feels like sci fi on your wrist… and it actually works in a way that makes you go, “wait… why don’t more watches do this?” Battery life has been great for me, and it connects to my phone without the usual Bluetooth tantrum. It just pairs, stays paired, and lets me get on with my day. Performance wise, it handles everything I need. I can check what I want, keep an eye on trends, and not feel like I’m fighting menus. The whole experience feels way more useful than the typical “fitness tracker that guesses your blood pressure based on vibes.” One thing I learned quickly though… you really want to calibrate it against a trusted device at the start. Once I did that, the readings made a lot more sense and the watch felt more consistent. Now for the one thing that keeps it from being perfect… the cuff. Because there’s a deflated air cuff sitting against your skin, you can’t really wear it 24 hours a day until the battery dies like you can with some other watches. That cuff collects sweat and dirt fast… especially if you work out… and it can cause wrist irritation. Even showering doesn’t magically solve it… it just turns into “wet cuff life,” which is not the vibe. The workaround is simple, but it’s real… take it off daily and clean the cuff, and if you’re sweating a lot, clean it more often. I’ll put it this way… I would normally take off a star for the cuff upkeep. But I like the watch so much I’d give it 6 stars if I could… so I’m calling it a 5 anyway.
