Everything and more and I love it. Best watch I have ever purchased. Read more
This watch does it all with constant monitoring and accuracy. I have bought many other "trackers" but this is the one I wear everyday. Definetly worth the price. Read more
This watch is functional and provides you with alot of info. Make sure you go to the 3d barcode in the package to get to the app. The app makes it work and most of the settings are on the app. This particular watch is large with a large display. It gives you alot of info and is easy to use. The battery will last a couple of days on a charge, and this is a good value especially for those people that need to monitor their blood pressure. It is very accurate, and the display on this watch is large. One negative is that it is heavier than traditional watches and this watch band is thick and is feels and weights like a mans watch. I got the Yowow BIT Blood Pressure Smart Watch Air Pump Air Bag, Voice Broadcast, Data Sharing, 2.06" AMOLED Fitness Tracker, 24/7 Heart Rate/Blood Oxygen/Sleep/Body Temperature, SOS, Black (Black) because I needed a reliable way to spot-check my blood pressure during the day without hauling out the cuff... I wear it most days while juggling the baby and running errands. Battery life is the headline for me... I run brightness up, screen-on time long, and continuous health monitoring and this thing still goes a week plus with heavy use. That freedom changes how you use a watch because you stop babysitting the charger. The 2.06" AMOLED is bright and easy to read outside which makes quick checks painless. Call quality is good enough for short hands-free moments and the health sensors log heart rate, SpO2, temperature and sleep so trend watching is effortless. The blood pressure feature required the usual calibration against my home cuff... once dialed in, and with the band snug and my wrist level with my heart, the readings track consistently for everyday trend monitoring. The sensor area wipes clean after workouts but the fabric section doesn’t pop off for machine washing which is a mild annoyance. The face has handled keys and doorframes without scratching so the build feels solid for daily life. This model ships with a metal casing and an upgraded watch band which account for the higher price... the metal casing gives the watch a noticeably more premium feel and the band is sturdier and more comfortable for all-day wear. Minor quirks... the voice prompts have a very strong accent and you can read texts but not reply from the watch, even with like preset emojis or anything. For dependable BP checks, outstanding battery life, and straightforward health tracking this nailed what I bought it for. Five stars from me. ──────── RATING LEGEND──────── ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars = Nailed it… exactly as advertised or even better ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 Stars = Solid… but something’s off, mis-represented, or overpriced ⭐⭐⭐ 3 Stars = Meh… not terrible, but not worth the money or time ⭐⭐ 2 Stars = Yikes… functional but major issues, buyer beware ⭐ 1 Star = Absolute trash… should not exist Read more

I have a few smart watches, as I like electronic toys. I was drawn to this one because it had a blood pressure cuff. None of my other watches do this. On first opening the package I was surprised at how heavy and thick this watch is compared to my other ones. In large part, this is caused by the built-in airbag inside the wristband. I guess the wristband is also thicker because it has to withstand the air pressure bag inflating. It is somewhat intuitive in setting it up. I found the battery status in the app Health Wear…which did not get great reviews (Supposedly the battery can last for a week or so.) It also came with its own charger; it looks unlike any other chargers I have. I have been checking out how well it measures sleep time and heart rate compared to my other smart watch. I was favorably surprised to find that the sleep times were within one minute of each other and the heart rate was comparable, too. I’m hoping my doctor’s office will allow the blood pressure measurement from this watch over their own blood pressure machine. This watch was much more comfortable than that of my doctor’s machine. There are several screen displays that you can choose from. I’m not sure I like all the information displayed at once, it makes for a crowded display. I hooked it up to my cellphone only to see the health data; I don’t use my smartwatches for a phone replacement as I dislike the constant interruption of emails and texts while I go about my business. Plus, I don’t enjoy looking like Dick Tracy, talking to my wrist. I am relieved that the blood oxygen and ecg data closely align. However, there are a couple of issues I’ve found so far. I can’t figure out where I get to input my age and I want imperial, rather than metric for my body temp. I’ve searched both the app and the watch, but can’t find a place in settings to input my preferences. All-in-all, this watch compares favorably with the health readings on my other watches. It has the added benefit of doing a blood pressure measurement. I only wish I could get my age and other data in, I could edit the display so it’s less busy, and I could convert the watch from metric. Read more
My main reason to buy this watch was blood pressure monitor. I'm frequently measuring blood pressure and at the same time i measure with the more regular one which come with airbag and wrapped on left arm. I see a huge difference in reading. Not very accurate. Always reads high. Would end up returning it. Read more
I compared the readings this watch gave against other reading devices and this wasn’t close to being accurate. For the price it’s not worth it. Read more
