The company says they’re clinically shown to absorb within about 23–30 minutes after swallowing. Plus, less than one calorie per 5-gram serving if you’re concerned anbout calorie impact. A typical 5 tablet serving is equal to 30g of whey protein but with minimal calorie impact. PROS: tablets are definitely clean, vegan, and contain zero sugar or fillers. MINOR CONS: they are a bit large to swallow and slightly chalky when you put them in your hand. And the price is on the higher side.
