This is a great supplement and good at doing what it needs to do but the pills are very large and they smell incredibly bad when opening the container, so bad in fact I stopped taking them and will look for something else. When you open the lid a thick puff of pill dust aggressively goes everywhere. It will get trapped in your nose and you will smell it until you wash it out. It smells like a cross between dog food and a dirty hamster cage. Like I said, the pills are large and you have to take 5 at a time. That dust that they shed is left in your mouth and yuck yuck yuck! You can taste it even after drinking a bunch of water. I’m sorry but this supplement is not recommended. Read more
