I purchased this set of dog training collars in February 2024 because I really needed help getting my two young dogs to listen when I called them. I've used other collars in the past and they either stopped working after a while or the dogs never really paid attention to them when in use. BUT these collars WORK. They are fantastic in the design and functionality and my two hounds listen to me when I use them. I have 3 modes to use and I only have to use the tone mode to get the dogs attention. There is also vibrate and "shock" mode but I don't use either. They are well made and are waterproof. The collars that come with them are long and adjustable. They fit my 35lb. doxador and my 11lb. dachshund so there is room to adjust the collar. and the collars are different colors too. Not 2 of the same color. They charge up fast and hold a good charge for a week at least, but that also depends on how often you use them. The remote holds a charge even longer. I like that I don't have to buy batteries and can simply recharge them when needed. These are really nice collars. And the warranty on them is good too. But the best part of this is the customer service. On one of the collars the on-off button stopped working. I had to use a pen to push it in and turn it on to use the collar. I contacted the the seller, James from BOUSNIC and explained what was going on with one of the collars. James replied back to me in a matter of hours and said that the button shouldn't be like that and offered to send me another collar to replace the broken one. For free. No shipping costs. No return of the broken collar. None of the hassle to correct this issue. Just good customer service. Like it used to be. The customer was taken care of. Then James followed up to let me know that my replacement was on the way. WOW. Just WOW ...... It arrived in the 4-7 day time frame that was given and I'm now back to using two collars like I intended when I purchased the collars in the beginning. I recommend buying from this company, BOUSNIC , because of the fantastic customer service and the quality of the product. Thanks James for helping correct this issue. I lost the remote to these tried two different brands ended up buying these again. Definitely the best ones. They are low profile and they are effective. You need to put it on your hand and you know do like a level one shocking up just so you can see how it feels but the beep and vibrator great my dog’s barely need a zap unless they’re hyper excited on a walk with other dogs or whatever but it will save your dog’s life effective for training high-quality great range. I am purchasing my 3rd set. 1st set was June2022/ 2nd set was November 2022, and I am buying a 3rd set 4/21/2023. My dogs are a little rough playing like literally dragging each other by the necks LOL which their teeth broke the buttons in , but I have to say this brand has been the best out of any of the other ones we tried . Very durable. They work so good all I have to do is grab the remote and it stops them in their tracks LOL At first it was for barking definitely works.My first dog we rescued had a lot of anxiety and she would bark at everything & everyone very high pitched as well, she was also was nipping, and this collar put her in check quickly. 2 years later and she is so well behaved . Easy to set up, adjustable strength on the vibration and the shock. Definitely waterproof, we like to take them off when they are swimming, but there has been times we have forgotten and the collars and the dogs were in the pool all day , and they are still working . Definitely recommend this product. Great for dogs who keep barking , my daughters Chihuahua that doesn’t even wear one is next to my dogs when she hears the beep she stops LOL Vibration as well is awesome when the dogs need that extra reminder to stop what they are doing. The shock feature as well we had to use it a few times for their safety (you can adjust the strength depending on how thick their coat is and size of the dog because it does go to 99 so it’s important to make sure you have that lowered . There is a lock on the remote to prevent accidents . Only wish the actual collar had som belt loops when adjusting and not have to cut off the extra, especially would be useful when you are training puppies so you can keep it & adjust it when they grow bigger. Having three stubborn dogs we have needed the help of these amazing collars. We were having issues with the dogs' eating things in the backyard when it was potty time and sometimes, we were not able to get to the dogs in time to stop them. When I say putting these on gives us the ability to correct behaviors, they sure do! The option to beep, vibrate, or shock makes it easy to customize the attention I try to get. The beeping sound is pretty loud, and it is our most used function and it sure works. Just one beep and the dogs understand that it's time to pay attention. The vibration function isn't crazy strong, but it will sure get your dog's attention when they are action up. They best part if the shock function can be customized up to 16 which I have not used but I can image that's for professionals. I can say that the collars work with long and short haired dogs having both. The only thing that may be confusing is adjusting the collars width however once you figure out how to do it, any dog can it into them. Also, the seller sent me a couple of messages on how to tutorials so that helped me immensely. We have a M and an XL dog, and I've been able to adjust the collar to both. The battery life is pretty good, and I have not charged it since I first received it. I have also tested the collars in different rooms, and they respond even when not in the same room (At least the beeping part).
