I could not get it to pair with existing collars. Both collars are now useless. Read more
Don’t get it wet!
I’ve had to replace the remote twice in less than a year just because it started raining on our dog walk. Everything else about this system is awesome. But, it seems very sensitive to water. Maybe they could provide some kind of waterproof sleeve for it or better yet, make it waterproof. Sometimes we have to walk in the rain. Read more
