This was purchased for my wife and she can't stop raving about how easy it is to use and how well it works. She has arthritis in her hands and it is the easiest hand blender we have used. The blade attachment part is easy to attach and remove for washing. It smashes very little because of the design. Third time is a charm ! I purchased this Braun Immersion Blender as a Gift,expecting to wrap it upon arrival. Instead after opening the outer Amazon box was an abused, kicked around box that had dents & tape that was partially reapplied over the box to secure it . Definitely very disappointed that Amazon would let it leave the warehouse in that condition . I sent it back, expressing to Customer Service it is a Gift ! Representative assured me it would be treated as a Gift like the one I’m returning only in better condition . Well as you can see in my photos, this is the replacement of what was returned, apparently Not in better condition. Not inside an Amazon box & in worse condition than the one I returned ! Looks like someone else had this before I purchased it as New ! 0 ⭐️ For Shipping Department ! As for Customer Service both Jessen & Jen were Excellent ! 10⭐️ for them, for their help with this last replacement I received ! Customer Service offered me the option to keep the damaged box & hopefully the Braun Immersion Blender is not damaged. Happy to report so far it seems to be working . 500 watt appears to be powerful . Easy to control. Have not tried the chopper as yet. Cleaning, I partially fill the cup provided with some water & a drop of soap. Read more
