My husband is a 13EEEE shoe size (US), and has a hard time finding socks that fit well. He was looking for warm winter socks, so ordered these. First of all, they fit! They actually fit! Secondly, they are warm, keeps his feet warm and dry with moisture wicking when shoveling snow. Very comfortable. Haven’t washed them yet, but so far they are great socks! Great price too! Read more

These socks are amazing! They are so warm. They are thick and padded. Initially they come compressed and you do need to follow the instructions on the package and fluff them in the dryer or they will not be thick and fluffy. Highly recommended!!! Read more

These are really nice wool socks. They come in a 3 pack, and are comfortably thick, but thinner and slightly taller than other wool socks that I've tried - and I like that! They have a soft, tight looped inside texture from toes to the top of sock, and at 80% merino wool, they ARE pretty warm. The look of them are slightly more "feminine" looking than some others that I've tried, but perhaps it is because these are more of a solid black color (rather than marled). These socks DO have a nice elastic arch that aids nicely in keeping them in place on the foot. The heel and toe areas are quite comfortable. I am a woman who wears 9W shoe. I was unsure as to which size to order, so I purchased a set of SM-MED, as well as MED-LG (to allow for shrinkage during laundering). I fluffed both sets in a low heat dryer (as suggested) prior to wearing. I found the SM-MED socks fit better. The MED-LG were a bit too large for the length of my foot (but should fit my hubby or sons with ease). Even after machine wash warm/air tumble dry inside out (placed inside of zipped laundry bag) these socks held up nicely with very minimal shrinkage and no substantial pilling, It was nice that these socks did not move or slip off during daytime wear and/or sleep, HOWEVER, I UNFORTUNATELY found the fit a bit too tight and uncomfortable on my rather generous calves (even with socks folded down). I was sad to discover significant indentations about my lower leg and/or ankles, even when leg edema is not an issue. For this reason, I foresee these socks are NOT going to serve me well in the long run. If you have thin calves and no problems with edema, then perhaps these socks are the ones for you. Read more

These socks are soft material. Good size as well. They are okay in thickness. My husband is size 12 and half in shoes. He needed thick socks for work. He's an iron worker and works out in the cold all the time. So we took a chance on these wool thermal socks. They are thick but not enough to work outside in the winter. Do not keep his feet warm for not even 6 hours outside. Good for casual wear. Hold up good in wash and even wearing for 12 hours a day. If you want causal socks then these are it. If your looking for outside socks for long time these are not it. He has to double up. Not worth it. Read more

Super warm. They are soft and fit according to size. They are thick without affecting how shoes fit. However, as much as they are washable, they do not look good but who cares about looks when your feet are warm in winter! I consider them good value for money albeit the images could mislead one to think it is a set of five or six pairs of socks instead of the three pairs. Read more
