This was a good deal to buy the six pack of organic oat milk for my morning coffee. My husband is able to drink cow's milk, but It's not a good choice for me anymore. This barista-style oat milk works well for frothing, as well as generally adding creaminess to coffee. It's great that it's shelf stable; presently living on a shelving unit in our garage during the colder months until it's time to open a new carton and refrigerate after opening. The taste is smooth, the consistency is creamy. The cartons are well sealed; never a leakage problem. Purchased in a box of six the cost compared favorably with another vendor that I also order coffee bar supplies from periodically. Read more

It’s perfect! It’s a good value for what you pay because other places are more expensive. The thickness is perfect. It’s creamy and the shelf life is a long time since we use it over a long time, but you’ll go through them pretty fast cause it’s that good. And I love oat milk over any other milk. It removes a lot of the bitterness of coffee. Read more

I have been using Califia Barrista Oat Milk in my coffee for years, love it, better than real cream, BUT, I decided to try their "organic" version, even paying more for it, but figured it was perhaps an upgrade. Well, was I wrong! This stuff was not only NOT creamy, but watery, odd-tasting, and a complete waste of my money...and yours, too, if you fall for this like I did. I did not bother to read the reviews for this new item, because I trusted the Califia brand. Don't buy it, let Califia figure out what they did wrong, change to a better recipe and well...we all deserve better, and expect better, from Califia. Read more

Having tried several other brands, this oat drink tastes best in my Jura automatic espresso machine. Not exactly like milk but perhaps even better. Foam is decent too. So far I have probably bought 8 cases, and use it daily. With Oats its important to get organic because they use a lot of pesticides normally. I really like the flavor of this brand of Oat milk - in fact it might be preferrable to real cow's milk, and certainly healthier. One note that I got from AI, is that Oat milk should be steamed (for cappuccinos for example) and a lower temperature than for milk, so if you can adjust that on your machine it will turn out even better Read more

prior to this, I was purchasing the non-organic version of this value pack, I was so stoked to see that they did have an organic version and wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering again, I did finish all six of the boxes however, I was not impressed with the taste. A lot watery, did not froth as well and not barista friendly. If you prioritize the organics over the barista needs, this is a good pic however, it just did not fit my needs. still a great product so giving three stars. Highly recommend the original version! Edit: I see other reviews claiming lots of foam and froth. The "froth" of this milk is quite bubbly and dissipates quicky. Nothing compared to the original or other milks that create a smooth foam that lasts for longer than one sip. Food for thought! Read more

I am obsessed with ordering this organic oat milk in bulk, I recommend it to all of my friends because it gets old having to buy oat milk every week from the grocery. You get a deal with buying in bulk also :) Read more

I try to use organic whenever possible, and if the price gap isn't too wide. Anyway, I've been a longtime fan of the regular Barista blend oat milk, and when I saw there is an organic version, I was very curious in trying it out. Not only is it not the same taste (a slight variance being expected) but it tastes more like almond milk than oat! I mean, I used to drink almond with my coffee when I first weened myself off dairy, and specifically the Califia brand, but when I tried the same brand in oat, I was hooked. Alas, as I'm sipping my morning joe right now, I'm a bit forlorn at having to go through this and 5 more cartons--maybe, I'll just use it for recipes, I dunno... Read more
