Strong, functional, and beautiful
I've had 2 and 3 quart Calphalon saucier pans for many years but all of my bigger pots have short loop handles and straight corners. I really like the curved side to bottom and a handle that doesn't get too hot and is easy to lift with one hand. Granted, it's not light weight, especially full of food so it probably wouldn't seem as good if I didn't have the hand and arm strength. It cooks very well, cleans up easily, and looks so good besides. I hope it lasts the rest of my life. Read more
