A fantastic cookware set! It cooks food really well and its true about not cooking everything on high... and cooking at a lower setting as the pan heats up and holds the heat... the food turns out just right. The pans are really easy to clean. The food doesn't stick like glue compared to other pans. I purchased this set for my family and everyone loves how it works and especially my wife- who has everything positive to say about it. I love this set of pots and pans. I don't care for a lot of the lightweight flimsy pan sets you can pick up at discount stores. These pans are not like that. Each one is a solid, durable, substantial feeling pan. Just heavy enough to feel reliable. They are made of die cast aluminum with a hard, granite nonstick material for a great cooking experience. This set has a lot of pieces, and includes: 8'' fry pan, 9.5'' fry pan, 11'' fry pan, 2-qt saucepan with lid, 2.5-qt stockpot with lid, 4.5-qt stockpot with lid, 6-qt stockpot with lid, 4.3-qt sauté pan with lid, ladle, slotted spatula, spatula, tongs, pasta server, steamer, 7 thick pan protectors. These pans clean up beautifully, so you don't need to subject them to a dishwasher. Nothing sticks to them. The bottoms are perfectly flat and stable, and they heat up very quickly. They have nice large easy to grip handles on the lids, and the handles on the pans are heat resistant and comfortable to grip. All the extra pieces, like the cooking utensils and the soft pan protectors are a bonus, as the pan set without them would still be a great deal. I have a few other pieces from this same brand, and they are holding up beautifully. So happy to add this set to my kitchen. We’re not gourmet level chefs in our home, but we cook a variety of meals on a regular basis. We needed to replace our worn out pots and pans, and after considering several other sets, decided this set should fit our needs. We’ve been using the set for about a month and are very happy with it. The cookware heats and cooks foods evenly. The nonstick property of the cookware is excellent; which has made cleaning/washing it very easy. WOW . . . . I am so pleased with my new non stick pots and pans. I have used them daily with no wear and tear on them. I've cooked a number of dishes and nothing has stuck or stained the pans/pots. The handles are durable and heavy duty. Just once caution. . . use a pot holder when handling the stock pots. The heat does radiate to the handles. Great quality material, love the color and fits perfectly in my cabinets. I so love the felt protectors that came with the pans/pots to prevent them from being scratched while stacking them.
