This pillow is the most comfortable pillow I have tried in a long time. When the pillow arrived rolled up and flat in the packaging I have to admit I doubted it. I was extremely pleased to discover it came open and puffed up quickly ready for me to use the very first night. The memory foam is solid but soft giving your head the perfect level of support for a great night sleep. The cervical pillow looks a bit oddly shaped at first glance. However the unique shape is what I think makes it extremely comfortable. As a person who sleeps in multiple positions through the night this pillow is the first one I have found in a long time that supports me comfortably in every position. The dip in the center of the pillow allows my head to be supported on all sides when I am sleeping on my back. The odd shaped raised sides have a cutout for my hand to curl under the edge of the pillow when I am sleeping on either side. The cover of the pillow is a silky cool fabric that can be used without the need for a traditional pillow case. This pillow is so helpful I have trouble sleeping from neck pain but this pillow has really helped with that it helps me sleep in the position my neck needs to be in it’s easy to wash the pillow case on it comes off so you can just throw it in the washer to wash it has just the right firmness to help my sleeping. And it’s reasonable priced for a great night sleep. My son loves it also he has trouble sleeping and with this pillow it helps him be comfortable. It’s memory foam so it doesn’t go flat from your head. It’s very breathable and comfortable. I would recommend if you have neck or back problems sleeping this is the pillow that would help the sleepless nights. This pillow is by far the best pillow, especially when you’re having neck pain or even tense at the shoulder, it helps relieve the pain and tension! I’ve been using this pillow for a few weeks now and I’ve had great improvement in my sleep and I’ve had improvement as far as not having as much of the pain in my neck. It’s firm but not to firm. I do believe this may have worked for many out there, but it really depends on your spine, build, and curvature. Personally, for me, it didn't fit the bill despite trialing it for a few nights. Pain persisted, even worsened, with this pillow. Returned it without issue but I would recommend to give it a shot as its best to trial different pillow types to find the one that best supports your cervical needs. Read more
