I have been sleeping soooo well since I got this. It's soft but provides enough firmness to give adequate support. No more pins and needles, pain or numbness in my arms in the morning. Cradles my neck so well. Even though the case can be removed and washed I ordered some king-size zippered pillowcases to make it easier to keep clean and fresh. I only got it mut the materials seem very durable. On its own it looks very attractive. Very versatile. I put it on top of two pillows when I need something to prop me up in a sitting position for reading or watching TV etc. great value for money in my mind. Can't put a price on a good night's sleep. I'm soooooo glad I bought this. I'm going to recommend it to others. Read more

I never thought I would use another pillow other than feather, but since my shoulders were hurting so bad, I decided to give this one a try. It took a bit to get used to it, but now it’s the best pillow I’ve ever had. My shoulders don’t hurt like they used to and my sleep is much better. I would recommend this for side and stomach sleepers. Read more
I dont like writing negative reviews but this pillow was horribly uncomfortable. I think my arms are pretty normal sized but they did not fit through the holes unless i lifted the pillow up, which means the pillow moved every time. And as side sleepers often do i switch sides a couple times a night. This pillow that meant fully waking up to get everything back to where i wanted it. I believe that for people with tiny arms this would be comfortable, when i tried it without putting my arms through it was nice, but thats not why i bought this pillow. So my warning to you if you have larger arms(which i dont think i do), this is not an option. To the manufacturer; maybe look at making and offering a larger version, because this seems like a great idea if my arms fit. Read more
This pillow is well made, and I have no complaints about the idea. It simply didn’t work for me. It seemed too firm, and didn’t relieve my shoulder stress/pain at all. In fact, it may have even made it more painful. This might work for someone else, but it was completely unsatisfactory for me. Read more
I sleep with one arm almost stretched out above my head. The "holes" in this pillow protect the upper arm from the weight of the head pressing down on it. The material is soft, pleasant to lay the face on it, and yet, strong enough to support the arch of the "holes" for the arm. The three "holes" for the arm are a plus - gives a choice of arm placement. Other similar pillows only show 2 "holes", which is more restrictive. RECOMMENDATION: upon receipt, leave it out to air for a few days since the pillow is synthetic plus it arrives wrapped tightly in plastic. After a few days, it is just fine. Read more
