Oh I love this pillow. It helped my neck, and I haven't slept like this in months! So comfy. Perfect hight and softness (not too soft and not too hard). Hopefully, it doesn't flatten over time. This is a decent memory foam pillow for the price. Is it the best memory foam pillow? Definitely not. Does it serve its purpose? Decently well. I’ve had other memory foam pillows of much greater cost that I do prefer over this pillow. While it does still give you that memory foam feel it is definitely not as soft as others and on the firm side. I don’t care for it and passed it along to my husband who can pretty much sleep on the ground and be happy. Even he doesn’t use it too much and prefers his cheap Walmart pillow instead. I feel that with any pillows or mattresses it’s definitely going to be a different opinion depending on the person. I think this pillow might be great for someone, but if you are really picky about what you sleep on, I would go for a better quality one of a high price. Overall you get what you pay for, and I think this is a decent memory pillow for the price. Although I won’t be replacing the ones I currently use with this, it may be great for someone else! When the pillow arrived, it was a bit smooshed in the original plastic. When I removed it, it inflated right out nicely to it's full proportions. It is 'incredibly' soft & comfortable. I was a little anxious at first, because I'm sensitive to 'regular' memory foam, however, this foam had no smell to it and I had no reaction so it must be made of alternative materials. I love that! Although soft, this pillow is thoroughly supportive to my neck. Five stars! Read more

LOVE this pillow. I've been in the market for a memory foam pillow and this one popped up!! It's got a great firmness and comfort. Since I've been using it, my neck issues have subsided (not completely gone but noticeably better). It's not as thick as some other memory foam pillows, but I actually like that. It makes it a little easier to maneuver and it also allows you to sleep ON the pillow with your body, if needed. Read more

I ordered this pillow thinking it would be more sturdy. It was not a firm--fairly soft. However, it does work well if you sleep on your back. I would not recommend this pillow for side sleepers. Read more
