Not a bad pillow. It’s both soft and supportive. But in my case , I feel it’s best for a back sleeper only. I sleep on my back as well as my side and when I turn, I just don’t like the higher sides. If it had that dipped part all the way across so it’s the same all the way across I would have liked it more. This pillow is amazing! My mom has neck muscle spasm, sleep apnea and snores loudly. Since using this pillow she does not snore as much, has less neck pain and sleeps through the night without tossing and turning. The height is just right and is super comfortable for her short frame. Read more
