Honestly, this pillow surprised me in the best way. The shape really supports my neck and shoulders, and I wake up without that usual morning stiffness. The memory foam feels soft but still holds its shape, and it just sort of “hugs” your head. The cover is super soft, easy to take off, and washes perfectly. I sleep on my side most of the time, but it’s just as comfy on my back or even stomach. Plus, it doesn’t get hot during the night, which is a huge win for me. Not going to lie, when I opened this pillow and saw how small it is, I was so mad I actually cried. I’ve been in excruciating neck pain that radiates down my entire back and I hadn’t been able to sleep for months and I was desperate. I bought two (one for me and hubs) and I knew immediately I was returning them. For size, they are about 2 times the size of a travel pillow so pretty small for a man if he’s a side sleeper. But, after a couple of days with no sleep I broke down and tried it. And to my astonishment, I woke up the next morning with much less pain. Ive been using every night for the last couple of weeks and I have to give credit where credit is due, it’s been a life changer for me. My neck pain and stiffness is 75% better. I’m a solid side sleeper and it fits perfectly for me. The pain in my back and my shoulders is also a lot better. I have been in chronic pain for the last year so I get regular therapeutic massages every two weeks and my massage therapist was shocked when I laid on that table. He said my inflammation was well over 50% better. As angry as I was when I saw the size of this pillow, it has surprised me and has been a true life saver for me. I will not sleep without it. For reference, I’m 5’2 and 140lbs. I think it’s great for a woman of average size. Men and plus size women might want to find one a little bigger. BUT, I think with this type of pillow it can’t be too big because the way it’s made is meant for your neck and shoulders to rest perfectly in the books. Read more
Finally. A pillow that is great for both side and back sleeping but also supportive! I have relative broad shoulders and I've always been between pillow heights. One is too short and two is too tall but this pillow cradles my head to the right height. I like the option of having extra support if I feel like I need it. The side shape of the pillow doesn't affect or matter to me too much but I can see where it may be comfortable for others if they use this pillow to sleep on their stomach or side. This pillow doesn't get hot/retains heat like a standard pillow, which I really appreciate. This has reduced my pain and I haven't woken up with a headache or a stiff neck once a week like I did before. Read more

I have chronic neck and upper back pain from my disfigure spinal cord. I went through variety of all kinds of pillows by people's review on Amazon to hoping it will ease my pain.. but as we all know, reviews are matter of personal relations but you never know until you purchase the item and try...I even purchased exact same kind of pillow by other company but it was too hard of memory form that it actually hurt my neck even more. When I read about the pillows from this company that I was a skeptical because I already wasn't disappointed by other companies pillow. But I thought well I will give it a try worse comes I can return it. First, I bought standard size and tried for a few nights, not only my neck was very comfortable on pillow that I didn't get up with pain and spasms. So I end up getting a second purchase of queen size to try if it's any different. Both of them are remarkably helpful for my neck pain and I can sleep well all the way through the nights. I am very grateful to God that he allow me to find this company pillow and I can well readjust my neck. It has been remarkable improvement and thank you so much to company for inventing this pillows.
