I bought this after having to keep going to the chiropractor because my neck would not stop hurting. I had been sleeping on a feather pillow (I’m a side and stomach sleeper) and my doc said I needed a bigger pillow to fill the space between my shoulder and face. This pillow was thick and I was scared of the size, but it has worked out perfectly! Day 1, my neck was tender but okay. I could actually feel a difference in my spine because I was sleeping with my head more lifted. Day 2 - my neck was still tender but I could turn my head. Day 3 - all better! 👏👏👏 I am now on day 10! I like the pillow really well. I like the part of the neck comes down on the pillow. I ordered the king size pillow, which really isn’t in king size pillow. You can use your other pillowcases on it. I have been having severe upper back pain for about 3 years, and about the last year it spread to my neck and shoulders. I was almost constantly trying not to complain about the pain. I tried heating pads and massage sessions, both were only temporary fixes. This pillow has brought me so much peace. I still have my upper back pain, but I no longer feel like my entire upper body is going to fall apart. This pillow works great for sleeping on back and side (I do both). The pillow has the typical foam smell at first. The cover washes well and it’s easy to put back on. It’s comfortable, but it gets pretty warm at night. I don’t get the little hole in the center; your ear doesn’t even fit; it should be bigger. Also, the distance between the shoulder and the head area is a bit long for a regular-sized neck. Read more

seems ok, though I had a little trouble with the arm positioning for sleeping on my back. my fault, I didnt notice or even think to check measurements. this pillow is actually several inches shorter in width than the one I was replacing. if it was the same width across I'd probably be fine with it. nice quality anyway. it accidentally turned into a cat bed and I might have to get another cause they almost fight over it lol.
