I am a side sleeper that has only used traditional, rectangular pillows and am still adjusting to this oddly shaped pillow. If I lie on my back I find this pillow to be very comfortable with the perfect shape, support, and height but it leaves something to be desired when I am on my side. I think I would prefer if it were a little taller and perhaps a little wider as the "wings" on the side to tuck your arm against are a little too close to my face than I am comfortable with. Still earns four stars as it appears to be well made having held its shape well thus far. The custom cover is easy to unzip and remove with the caveat that I have not yet washed it and am a little worried it would be difficult to replace after washing. It also does not have that odd, unpleasant scent so typical with memory foam based pillows either. I am not particularly picky with heat while sleeping but this pillow appears to stay cool throughout the night. I have not noticed an improvement in sleep quality yet but time will tell. Read more

This pillow has been great! I’ve noticed as I get older my neck is such a pain and I get stiff neck pretty easily. I am very physical and work long hours on the computer. I got such a bad freeze up i couldn’t use my neck upon waking and this has really helped! It’s a great product but i think it would help even more is I slept on my back more frequently. But for anyone with back neck pain, anything that helps a little really helps a lot! Read more
