Memory foam quality is great, good design. Helps with my neck and shoulder pain.
Love my pillow. After buying a cheaper one that was filled with cheap foam that flattened right away, this pillow has kept its height pretty well and I love the holes for breathability. I did buy extra covers not made for this brand since I have partially oily skin and need to launder often. I wish this came with a spate cover or there was an option to purchase extra covers, but it's working for me. (Picture is with the off brand cover I purchased separately) Read more

Too firm, too hot, too tall
I don’t know if my neck is just too small for this but this pillow does not work for me. I cannot see how a side sleeper can use this. I think if I only stayed on my back it would be okay but I usually sleep on my side and I wake up with the most sore ears bc I guess my ears don’t reach the “ear holes.” It has no cooling so the pillow stays hot. And it’s so firm. I’ve been using it for 3 months now and it’s still too firm. It’s been too long to return it but I wish I could. Gave 2 stars bc I will probably use it for physical therapy since I already paid for it. But I actually dread going to sleep at night bc of this pillow. Read more
Took time to get used to but comfortable
This took me a bit to get used to but I stuck with it and though I certainly woke up with no neck pain, I wasn't sure about it's comfort. But now I've gotten used to it and like it. It provides enough support and I'm quite fond of the ear holes in the pillow, my ears no longer hurt from pressure against them and my piercings/ear plugs. Read more
