Edit- I have been using this pillow for months now and it’s still great. I watch tv at night in bed and need a regular pillow or two to prop myself up a bit. If I fall asleep with the regular pillows I wake up a lot of neck pain and pinching down in to my shoulder blade. Every night I remember to swap and use this cervical pillow to sleep I have way less to zero neck pain upon waking. It’s been an amazing pillow for me and my pain. I have a connective tissue disorder, so I always dealt with pain, but after being rear ended at a red light years ago my neck is so messed up. That accident herniated 5 discs in my neck and tore everything in my right shoulder, requiring multiple surgeries. That accident was 10 yrs ago and I haven’t been “normal” since. The cervical discs aren’t herniated anymore but are bulging and pushing on nerves, and I’m still in constant pain. I decided to try another cervical pillow, just to see if it could help, even a little. The last one I tried was a big thick memory foam years ago (and I hated it), so I thought maybe there were newer better ones available now. I ordered the smallest/thinnest size but figured it would still be too much. It’s actually so comfortable! It’s definitely higher than my flat normal pillow, which I liked because anything higher hurt my neck, but it cradles my head, and sort of stretches/extends my neck while supporting it and keeping it aligned while sleeping on my back or side. I got this pillow a few days ago and immediately used that night. I fully expected to wake up with my neck stiff and sore, but it actually felt pretty good… like no pain at all when I woke up. Yes, my neck starts hurting again by early afternoon and kills by evening, but it’s really nice to have a little break from the pain for a few hours after I wake up. I’m also not waking up in the middle of the night because my neck hurts or having any crunching, clicking, or popping when I wake up. So far, it’s kind of a great pillow! Read more

I got this for my husband and his back and neck pain. He said it has in fact helped some with his pains that he has noticed. I think it could be just a little bit thicker and maybe come with an extra cover or something for when it needs washing. Sleep quality is great, and it holds shape well. Read more

I looked at pictures, I read reviews. I expected more. Nothing against it-if you're looking for a comfortable pillow. It is comfortable but there is not much support. The foam isn't dense enough and gives. Suffering from severe neck & and shoulder pain, I must pass in this one. Read more

I really like this ergonomic contoured pillow for my neck. It is the perfect amount of firmness I need, and allows me to sleep on my back or sides comfortably. I really like that the memory foam is new and not from recycled sources. Recycle foam can come from many sources, so knowing this is all new foam ensures that only the correct materials went into this pillow. One factor for my purchase was seeing this is seeing this pillow is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX. This standard "requires every component of a textiles product—including all thread, buttons, and trims—to be tested against a list of more than 1,000 harmful regulated and unregulated chemicals which may be harmful to human health." I like knowing that I am not breathing in anything toxic while I sleep. At first, I was disappointed it did not come with a pillow case, but the pillow case is removable and washable. I like the way the pillow cradles around the back of my neck, and though I do not snore, I can feel that it opens up my airways better than standard pillows. This pillow also reminds me during sleep to maintain a better spine to neck posture, so in the mornings I am not waking up to the sound of gravel in my neck and back aches. Read more

I’m able to sleep on my side without my neck hurting in the morning. Comfortable to sleep on both sides & on my back. I had a pinched nerve from leaning my head forward at work to be able to the computer screen better. It caused pain in my neck shoulder & numbness in a couple fingers. It took over a year of chiropractor & massages to get me back to a decent position. This pillow has helped when my neck is sore & tired from my days work (cleaning the house to working at my computer at work). Believe it is also helping me maintain good spine posture. Read more
