The media could not be loaded. This is a great product. I had originally got a Nerf gun for dogs that would throw the balls up to 50 feet but the sound level of the gun scared our dog. I listen to some of the automatic ball shooter and I’m afraid that they will be just as scary to her so I found this as a third option and she is absolutely obsessed!!! We’ve only had it for 24 hours now and it does have a lot of scarring, but I don’t see any ripping in the material. It has a battery life, but it is challenging to charge so be sure to follow the directions and not second-guess yourself. 😝 Read more

I would strongly advise against purchasing this product on Amazon. The charger replacement is not available here and can only be bought directly from the Cheerble website. Of course, this product uses some distinct charger that isn't used by any other product, making it even harder to find a replacement. While their site lists a California address, all products are actually shipped from China through a strange shipping company, and returns must be sent back to China, which is a huge inconvenience. I bought this product, and the charger stopped working, leaving me with no option but to order a replacement from China. These Chinese-made products are poorly made and tend to break easily, which is exactly what happened here. Don't waste your time or money on these unreliable products. Read more

Well, that was a waste of money - Lex my 2.5 year old golden doodle absolutely loved the ball - for a total of 10 minutes. Then he got a hold of it and bit down hard . And that’s it - end of the story ! Hopefully it will last longer for your puppy then mine :) Read more

Update 7.15.24 We purchased this on June 9th. It has been 6 weeks and my dog cannot get enough of this ball. She ruined it within the first 5 minutes. It was not very durable, as she chewed a lot of the outside and almost completely removed the outer rubber part from the inner mechanism/core. However, it still worked. My husband has to press it for me, but we taught her to not remove the outside. The ball still runs across the house and jiggle to get her attention, which it does very well. It js incredibly sturdy in that way. Despite all of our dkgs upsets, only a couple minor things affected it, but all the mechanics srill work. We also love the rest/break time it has. Every night around the same time she stares at the drawer where we keep it and will just wait until we pull it out! Original 6.9.24: This was a great idea! I really hope they continue to improve it but this is likely for very small dogs or dogs who don't like to actually play ball. 1. I probably should have realized it but it cannot be thrown. We have almost busted some drywall just trying to lightly throw this ball down the hallway. 2. Within the first 5 minutes the ball looked like it had been chewed on for months. We corrected to not chew and just play, but she is a chewer. She ran around for a few minutes at a time with it. Doesn't seem good for her to hold it in her mouth while it's jiggling/bouncing, but she still does it. Within the first 20 minutes she had almost completely removed the outer shell, my husband has had to pry it back on 4 more times since then and we now have to heavily monitor her use with this toy. It was slightly difficult to push the buttons at first, but after the first night (20 minutes) with our dog, we could no longer really push the button. Bright side, it still lights up and still takes a charge. It doesn't bounce or move like it did within the first 10 minutes of unboxing. Too expensive for a one use dog toy. Read more

This thing is great, super-sturdy, Chester here tears everything apart, but this ball did not give in - not even close. I loved it, it's really fun. But, did not work with this particular dog. He dropped it off my 5th-floor balcony - twice. Never got it back the 2nd time. I think it freaked him out a little. And/or he was mad he couldn't destroy it. But he "disappeared" it. Really cool product, though. Read more

My 3 month old cockapoo absolutely loved this toy when she first got it. It would keep her entertained and allow her to expel a lot of energy especially since she is a very active dog. A week after purchasing, the puppy chewed through the charging cable. I ordered replacement cables directly from the Cheerble website (not available on amazon) but the ball would no longer take charge from the new cable. Ultimately, I would not recommend this toy as its not worth the price if the chargers are not functional. Read more

I was really excited for this. It worked great at first, my dog loved chasing it & it was fun to watch her. Now it won’t turn on & it’s only been about a week?? We thought it had died, but after we took it off the charger to play with again it won’t turn back on. The light comes on when it’s charging, but when we hold in the button to play… nothing. Really disappointed because we loved the stimulation it gave our dog. The different modes are cool. It didn’t move too well on carpet but enough to get my dogs attention, on hardwood though - it’ll go the distance & moves pretty quick. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend if you’re looking for something to last especially for the price. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I can hardly believe how much our dog loves this interactive ball! I had thought about buying an automated tennis ball throwing machine but since we have limited space I purchased the Cheerble ball instead. I have NO regrets. This ball provides lots of entertainment for the dog and us. He intently follows the ball, pounces on it like a cat, shakes it, tosses it, and chews on it. I let him play with it for an hour each night and then put it away. We named it "tator". The dog and I are fans of this product and I highly recommend. Read more
