He has so much fun playing with it. I like to put it in his fabric-y synthetic dog house wrapped in a blanket. And maybe stick a pillow in there too. I couldnt make it work. There was some kind of rubbery patch in the area where there ought to have been the controls and on off. Unfortunately I was unwell due to flair of a chronic illness so I never had the ability to report to seller of the problem to return for a working one. My dog needed a toy to entertain himself with me happy and laughing. Then an impending move kept me using all my relatively functional moments between disabiling exhaustion. I dont drive, even if I had a car to take it to Whole Food store to even try to return. Im finally feeling better but far from being very functional, still partially bed bound between doing light chores, rest in bed, resting until late evening (8/8:45) up again to walk my dog and rebuilding my strength and endurance each day. My son & dil did the whole move out and even unpacking organizing stuff. Long story. Now it is unboxed. I had tenuous hopes that I could contact the seller for an exchange for a new, operating one. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Ive researched them, watched videos of dogs playing and being entertained along with the amusement of ower and others. They appeared to be durable and there's not a fully hard shell but a layer of a softer surface for gripping. They appear to be highly entertaining for dogs and their owners. I might try again even though relatively pricey but if operable likely worth it. Read more

The ball works perfectly fine. The only problem we have had is that our dogs get bored rather quickly with it. Even though we rotate toys on a regular basis with our dogs, they still aren't interested after a few minutes. I also wish that the ball would turn itself off or go into a sleep mode once it's not being played with. It is very durable and the battery lasts a decent amount. Read more
My dog loves this interactive ball, but after playing with it a few times, the inside mechanism turned inside the ball case, we put it back in place and it happened again a couple of times, now we can no longer put it back in place to charge or control the ball. I contacted the company and they sent me a brand new ball! I was very pleased with their costumer service. Read more
I bought this for our 1.5yrd old bully and she absolutely loved it but she destroyed it within 30 minutes. She chewed the rubber right off of the ball in no time. If you have an aggressive chewer, this toy will not last the day. Read more

I'm kind of sad. I got this to keep my pups playing one loves knocking the ball around.. crying started at 4am shortly before my roommate gets home from work. And she was sad because the ball was dead i gave it to her around 9or10pm and by 4am(wr are night shift people) she was upset be made the ball didn't play back anymore. Otherwise she loved it. It dies in about 2 hours of play or 4hours of minimal interaction.
