I tried Chel’s Magical Patch for the first time and I’m loving these pimple patches! They’re super gentle on my sensitive skin and actually work overnight. No harsh chemicals, just simple and effective at clearing up pimples. The peel and stick design makes them really easy to use, and they stay on all night, even if I move around in my sleep. I have tried a hand full of different hydrocolloid based pimple patches, and these were probably some of my least favorite of all of them. These pimple patches come on plastic strips which you are able to bend and split apart to help peel off the patch without mangling it. These patches are not medicated and are supposed to absorb impurities in pimples and blackheads, but I found they did very little to help with the blemishes I tried them on. On the numerous occasions on which I tried these patches, I found they often got wet and fell off after only a few hours, this was especially true if I was sweating at all. They did seem to help from preventing the pimple from scarring, and could basically be used as a band-aid to wear after treating a pimple, but Id definitely prefer to use a patch containing at least a touch of salicylic acid or some other ingredient to combat inflammation. These cosmetic acne patches are easy to use and come in 2 different sizes that should cover most blemishes that you get. The box comes with 66 patches and they are on sheets that are easy to remove. It would have been nice if each sheet came with a resealable bag but these don't look like they should dry out. Tried 2 of the smaller ones overnight to test them out and was actually pretty surprised when in the morning, there was a sizable improvement on the 2 blemishes I had put them on. Easy to put on and easy to take off with no sting or ripping a bandaid off feeling. These have no scent either. My skin was not red before or after the patch. Read more
