Durable All Metal Drive
I previously purchased a Waring Commercial Bar Blender from Amazon 2 to 3 weeks before purchasing the Oster. Unfortunately after two weeks, the Waring began leaking, and I was unable to repair it, due to its design. I returned it, and Amazon's return policy was awesome. That same day, I ordered the Oster. as of today, April 7, 2024, it arrived. I tested it immediately by crushing some ice cubes, and the blender turned the cubes into an almost powder, which would be perfect for a snow cone! I have had several Oster blenders in the past, and they lasted 10 years or more, so this Oster looks better built and should last as long if not longer. Regarding the power level; I gave it 4 stars, because it has 700 watts. The noise level is loud, which is why I gave it 4 stars as well, and some may not care for that.
