Works so wonderfully as a heat pack ir a cold pack. I have heated in the microwave on a plate, as the directions suggested, and works great on my neck. I get bad migraines and wanted to try it cold so I put it in my freezer earlier today. Using it on my head now and I can feel it calming the pulse rushing through my head.
