I purchased this pillow myself and want to give my honest opinion to perhaps help someone else. I'm mainly a side and sometimes back sleeper. This pillow is so comfortable for me for both positions. I bought it because of its shape and that it can be adjusted for thickness with included extra filling and 2 zippered covers. (I've done pillow "surgery" in the past to try to get a pillow to feel better). However, I haven't had to make any adjustments to this pillow. As a side sleeper, I like the curved design because it allows me to pull it down to my shoulder to support my head and neck. The "points" of the curve add to the comfort on the side of my jaw. As a back sleeper, it cups my neck and upper back and is very supportive. I have been through many types of pillows--solid memory foam, shredded memory foam, MyPillow, fiber fill, feather--pretty much every type--trying to find one that feels good and is supportive. This pillow is on the firm side. I sleep on my side and I use it partially lengthwise, similar to a body pillow. It seems to help relieve the pressure on my shoulder where I’ve been having pain. I really like it. Read more
Pillows are comfortable but the chemical smell on them is so strong. Very nauseating and turns my stomach. It has been 3 days since I received them and I’m going to have to put them through the wash. Read more
This is a very good quality pillow, and I like that you can take filling out to adjust it to your own comfort. I took enough out to fill a gallon size Ziploc bag and now the consistency is perfect. I will hold onto the stuffing in case I decide to put it back after it wears. Read more

It's very useful for my rest after my cervical stenosis surgery. The ability to remove enough fill to flatten it was crucial for me. It's soft and has no odor either. Read more
Good pillow, the curved shape is very nice. Comes with extra foam if you want it firmer, or you can remove some to make it softer. It needs to off gas for at least a week though so be aware that when you get it you want it to sit in a room that's not your bedroom for a while to get rid of the smell. Read more
