Purchased this device about a month ago. I would have returned it but it is outside my return window. I have a small office and the heater does not warm my office at all. After One Year it Caught Fire!

It worked great for a year. After using this heater for one year it stopped working suddenly. Upon inspection the wires caught fire and burned the Plastic around the wires, melting the bottom of the heater. So Scary! Read more

Basically does as advertise, but definitely needs a handle.

The good: oscillates; has different heat temperatures, has fan only. The cons - for me: Needs a carry handle because it is necessary to use two hands to move it. My understanding is that the heat temperature output is based on the surrounding ambient temperature. I need the heat output that is directed toward me to meet my current need (higher or lower) - not based on ambient temperature. Read more
