Definitely DARK brown but easy to apply!
General: I always thought brown eyeliners looked really nice and brightened up the face quite a bit. For me personally, this liner was a bit too dark for what I was going for, but I did really like the application and overall appearance of the liner so I’ll be keeping it. Application: The fineliner itself was really easy to hold, no funky shape, just felt like holding a pen or pencil. It applied very smoothly and I was able to see exactly where I was putting the product. Doing my inner corners was also very simple and straightforward. Other notes: It dries matte maybe a slight sheen to it. It’s not sticky or easily transferable once it’s dry at least from what I can tell. I can’t speak on if it’s waterproof or not or sweat proof because I personally don’t wear makeup for very long periods of time. I primarily use makeup for cosplay. Anyway, I’d say that it’s a good value for your money. I mean we can always wish products were cheaper but at the same time, a cheap product that doesn’t work is more of a waste of money than buying a slightly more expensive product that actually DOES work well.
