This is the ONLY eyeliner I will ever wear. It’s good for precise application and my eyes are sensitive and watery due to allergies and it doesn’t move all day. It dries quickly and flakes off, it never runs. I’ve gone surfing with it and it has for the most part stayed on. You can take it off with just water, but water without rubbing does little to it. I have used liquid eyeliner for I'd say a good 30 years. Always done on my top lid. I love how smoothly this liquid eyeliner goes on. A BIG plus is the design of the eyeliner itself. It is so easy to grip. The color is awesome (I have both black and brown.). I just can't get over how nicely it goes on and how it lasts. I always use a Q Tip to remove excess and it's super easy to do with this liquid liner. No more expensive Nordstrom eyeliners for me. I bought Black Vinyl since I had no idea which was the darkest. It definitely is very black and pigmented. This eyeliner is a liquid with a very thin brush applicator. The container is small and the brush is long. It applies easily and doesn't smear or flake. It lasts for ages on my lids as well. I wish it was waterproof. If it was, I would give it 5+ stars. I have had the eyeliner on for over 13 hours and it looks like I just applied it. I just ordered the crystal black shade which I assume has a bit of shimmer. I want the green shade too but can't tell if it is bright or deep. (I want a deep green). At any rate, for the low price, this Get in Line eyeliner is excellent. Read more
