Favorite eyeliner for decades!!!
This is my absolute favorite eyeliner! I have used this eyeliner since I was in 5th grade! They changed the formula like 5 years ago and it isn't as good as it used to be. But I found the grass isn't that much greener and that it still is one of the best options out there even if it isn't as good as it used to be. It goes on your water line so thick and smooth, especially if you run it through a flame or heat it up a little bit. It is waterproof and it does stay on for 24+ hours! You might have to reapply to your waterline but I think thats just cause it's your waterline, and not the fault of the eyeliner. It sharpens nicely and the smudger on the end is an amazing tool that you should use wherever you apply the eyeliner. It helps set it in a way and makes it even as well as smudges it in so that you don't have just a thick line. The price is decent and it arrives super fast. Read more
