I like this size for making a meal for 2-3 people. The timer works great to set it before we head to the gym and have food prepared when we get home. It is the perfect size for us, and I like the clasps on the lid to make and take. It is easy to clean and stores well. Would recommend. Read more

I LOVED this crockpot and used it probably twice a week since I bought it in August. Over a month ago the digital interface started glitching out and no longer works. I tried to do a “reset” and it didn’t do anything. I submitted a warranty claim on crockpots website and got an auto email that said I would hear from a rep in 2 days. A month later I hadn’t heard anything back so I send a message with their contact page, a week later and still nothing. I then tried to reach out to the seller, knowing it was outside the refund window to seek some assistance, and their response was that they can’t provide a refund beyond 30 days and didn’t offer any assistance with the manufacturer. I am very disappointed that the manufacturer isn’t backing up their warranty because I really did love this appliance and just wanted a replacement. Read more
Not as good as the previous version of Crockpot 4-qt slow cooker. Compared to the previous one, this one almost has to use high heat every time. We used to cook beef shank in 6 hours, but now even if we used 8 hours of high heat, the outcome is still not as good as what we expected— the tendon still can’t separate from the bone easily Read more
