this is a great crock pot. we found we can cook all of our dinner entrees at once. because it is small enought to make smaller portions for dinners. so there is less left overs.the clean up is great because it is smaller and works as a great warmer for buffet, can use one or two or all three. The trio works great. I received it as a gift from my husband and used it to keep a dip and two soups warm at a holiday buffet lunch I hosted. The soups stayed at a nice hot temp on the warm setting. Clean up is easy; the removable containers are nonstick. I don't know that I'll cook with it too often, because the three individual bowls are so small, but it would make something for two to four people, or a dip or dessert, etc. for more. I bought this to keep side dishes warm for Thanksgiving. It worked great and was the perfect size for creamed corn, mashed potatoes, and dressing. It made the dinner preparation much easier because everything did not need to be done at the last minute. Also, the versatility is amazing. The product is great. I got both the CrockPot Duo and Trio. No problem with the trio. The duo had grease on much of it and the two serving spoons were missing. We washed the grease off but still trying to figure out how to get the spoons. Amazon Help does not seem to offer a solution for products that are missing parts. Don't need to return the whole thing - just need a couple of items that should have been included. Read more
