Just a general statement: be careful which filters you buy. Don't feel as though Zero has been very clear about this, but some filters are only good for the newest forms of their containers, and others that screw in are the only ones to use with containers you may have had a little while. For a specific review, it is amazing to me how much better my water taste. If I drink some from the tap now, I can hardly swallow it. It taste so strong and unpleasant, but out of the dispenser, it tastes wonderful. Read more

The water coming out of our taps tastes and smells like swimming pool chlorine on some days. On other days it smells fishy which isn't surprising since that water comes out of a lake. This Culligan Zerowater filter system is a game changer. It produces the best tasting water we have ever had. The filters are a bit pricey but well worth it because this cleaner water cooks our food and goes into our drinks. Brewed coffee and tea tastes much better! Much healthier. Read more

My tap water is absolutely nasty. The water when the filter needs to be replaced definitely gets a funny taste, but it works so well. Unfortunately I have to replace mine every week and a half. Read more

These do a good job, but only last for about 30 gallons with out hard water. I would be happier if they didn’t remove all minerals, but it is a way to remove PFAS until I can get a Berkey. Read more

I’ve been on a quest for the blessed treasure of water filters, and I think I just stumbled upon it with the Culligan and ZeroWater tech combo! I’ve tried everything from those trendy $10-a-bottle waters that promise to change your life (spoiler: they didn’t) to the cheapo pitchers that make my tap water taste like… well, tap water. But let me tell you, this filter setup is a life-changer! First off, the taste. It's like my water just went to a fancy spa and came out rejuvenated and sparkly. Crisp, lively, and refreshing—if water could win a gold medal, this would be it! And knowing it’s booting out all the nasties—lead, PFAS, mercury, fluoride, and chlorine? Talk about a win-win! Now let’s talk about the price. For under $15 each, I’m basically saving hundreds by not buying bottled water anymore. My first filter lasted a whopping six months, which is impressive if you ask me. This new order is the second and third filters, practically giving me a year’s supply of the best-tasting water I’ve ever had. Can we get a round of applause? Overall, I’m just so pleased. If you’re looking to up your hydration game while keeping your wallet happy, grab this filter pack. Seriously, it’s pure liquid joy. Cheers to making tap water feel like gourmet bottled bliss! The filters for these dispensers are bad quality (Culligan with ZeroWater Technology Replacement Filter 2-Pack). They lasted up to 2 weeks at most, and take too long of a time to drain into the dispenser reservoir. I believe Culligan knows about this problem and doesn't care about their customers. These filters are not cheap, yet poorly made. The filter that came with the dispenser was good and lasted a month, but the replacements after suck. I went to the website and there was no phone number to call. I called Amazon on 9/16/2025 and filed a complaint about the filters, so they said they would look into this, but I'm not holding my breath. Even though I bought the dispenser back in July and the replacement filters on August 2nd, and both had passed their return dates, they gave me a refund on both the dispenser and filters. The lady I'd talked to asked if I'd read the reviews and I said yes. I told her there were only a few bad reviews when I bought the product and now there are several about the filters. I was refunded, and I have no intentions to keep Culligan rich on replacements filters if they are not worth it. I hope this help the next person who is thinking on buying "Culligan with ZeroWater Technology 23-Cup Water Filter Dispenser – Includes 5-Stage Advanced Water Filter, Certified to Reduce Lead, Total PFAS (Forever Chemicals), Mercury, Fluoride, and Chlorine". I use this for our pet water. We live where the city water isn’t great so I filter a pitcher for our pets. It’s a really nice pitcher easy to fill and it’s got that water tester on it to tell you when to change the filter. Filters last a long time too. Read more
