I've used these a good handful of times in the last two weeks and I'm impressed. They have a good feel/look and they're very sharp. The scissors are nice and thick, I used them to cut the spine out of a turkey without any issue. I've trimmed meat a few times with one of the steak knives because I didn't really need a bigger one and those things are sharp. The blades are thin but not flimsy which is good because thicker knives don't glide through thicker chunks of meat as well unless you are spreading it apart as you cut. This steak knife set is simply elegant. Each knife is well balanced between blade and handle. The blades are scalpel sharp and the handles are nicely profiled for easy ergonomic comfort. The blade materials are very high quality and the blade is of sufficient thickness that it does not bend or flop around when cutting—only slight pressure is needed to slice through the thickest steak from rare to well done. And, the wood handles are superbly finished and made of high quality hardwood. The entire set is a statement in quality and elegance. Cleanup is easy with a mild dish soap and a quick wipe to dry. Ordered 2x because the first time had to be returned. The hole in the block for the sharpening rod was blocked by something as if it wasn’t finished. Received a second one, but this time the wood block had some discoloration on top. As far as the knives, in the second set we received, the Chef’s knife already had a nick on the sharp part of the blade. Other than that, I thought the knives were were very sharp making cuts smooth. I’m glad we bought it and am happy how nice it cuts and handle was ergonomic for us. Read more

Came before delivery date. I guess that’s more on Amazon. I waited until we tried them to write a review. Nice quality knife. It cut through an over Cooked pork chop like a hot knife through butter. I’m not a fan of serrated steak knifes. Most are one and done when dull. We usually toss them. That’s why I picked this set. They are nearly razor sharp and will be easy to resharpen as needed. I love this very sharp knife. Comfortable in the hands. The weight and feel are great. It looks awesome! I use it to trim my briskets and it hasn’t failed me yet. Careful not to cut your self with it. I nicked my self as it has no filter as to what it cuts. Went right through the glove and then my skin. It was a lite cut. Did make me be more careful. Buy it!
