The media could not be loaded. I got this bidet 2 years ago, it is still working great. It was easy to install. The parts are very good quality. Nothing leaks if you put it together correctly. The water on the bidet itself has great shooting power. However the handheld hose is weak. It shoots good when you first press it but then the it looses power and it’s more like a shower than a sprayer. In general, I’m happy with the purchase and after 2 years it is still working great. Highly recommend and there are not that many bidets out there that have both the bidet and sprayer in one. Read more
