The laptop is moderately fast. I’ve had better laptops. Two things I really don’t like is the fact that a tiny (easy to lose) adapt must be used for anything you need to attach to the laptop including any USB item. The battery life really really sucks. I might get 3-4 hrs before it starts complaining. Read more
I was disappointed that amazon suggested a docking station that doesn't even work with this laptop because this laptop only has a USB C port (not a regular USB port). I have a usb flash drive that I use daily & I had to get a converter for it. I had to return my original docking station to get a different one that works with USBC port ... Honestly, it's a small, light laptop but it just doesn't have all the ports that I use. Read more
I will admit the camera is grainy but I don't use it. I have had problems with keys not working and had the keyboard replaced. I do NOT have any issues with heat or battery life. Read more
