AVOID! BUY ELSEWHERE! HORRIBLE QUALITY & QUALITY ASSURANCE! BUYER BEWARE!

ConsumerJanuary 17, 2025

1. It came with defects behind the screen, like silver flakes showing, as if it was chipped behind the screen. They show up in dark scenes, and when monitor is off. 2. After the return period I noticed VERY OBVIOUS spots on the screen that can't be reached from user-end cleaning. They are also behind the screen, like "dead spots" or something similar. 3. The monitor is IMPOSSIBLE to keep clean, and no matter what cloth, soft, silk, glasses cleaning cloths, etc., the screen ends up with streaks, and eventually even spots that are permanently worn, you can clearly see while gaming, or using monitor for anything, as if some film were applied to the monitor screen that begins to wear off. 4. I'm only giving the monitor 1 star, because ZERO stars is not available. 5. This company, Alienware, which I believe was purchased by HP, is not worth the time, or money. Their "quality assurance" is TRASH, The monitor was purchased at a premium price, and is WORSE than ANY monitor i've ever owned, even those purchased at much less of a cost. My old Predator X34 is better than this piece of trash. I noticed most of these issues AFTER the return period ended. Of course their customer service is bad as well, form my past experiences. So, i'm stuck with a monitor that has the q1uality of a 200$ monitor, but had the price tag of an ALLEGED "premium" monitor. AVOID THIS MONITOR & COMPANY (in my opinion) AT ALL COSTS!!! Buy at your own risk!!! Read more
