Amazon Sells Defective Laptops & denies responsibility
I Needed a fast laptop to store a voice saving software as I am losing my voice to ALS. Dell Inspiron looked like a good choice but it would not power on. I contacted Amazon who referred me to DELL. DELL determined that the Amazon Vendor had installed an incompatable RAM for the laptop. When reported to Amazon I was told you can return but there is a 25% restocking Fee. If Amazon will not take responsibility for a Defective laptop how can they be trusted to sell any electronic equipment????????? Read more
